We currently do not accept any vision or medical insurance.
This allows us to provide consistent, quality and affordable care to everyone. We are more than happy to help you file with your insurance and your insurance will directly reimburse for the cost of an eye exam and any purchases of contact lenses. Please contact your insurance provider for your specific coverage.
Starting October 9th we will be seeing patients at our new office located at 4429 16th Street in Moline. It’s right down the street from our old location, still located inside Vision4Less! We look forward to seeing you at our new office.
